The relocation was supported by FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region (FRM GmbH) in close cooperation with the business development department of the Main-Taunus district. As a founding member, the Main-Taunus district has been a co-partner of FRM GmbH since 2005.

Xi'an Bright Laser Technologies (BLT) was founded in 2011 in Xi'an, capital of the central Chinese province of Shaanxi. The company offers a wide range of laser solutions for various industries. The products are primarily used in aerospace, energy technology, rail transport, electronics, automotive engineering, medical technology and mold making. BTL has subsidiaries in China and Europe.
From Hofheim am Taunus, the company plans to continue its successful expansion course and, according to its own information, will employ up to 15 people over the next three years.
